User Acquisition Manager

If you’re a seasoned user acquisition expert with experience analyzing and managing campaigns on Meta and Google as well as creating efficient ad creatives, we want to meet you!

About the Role

The User Acquisition Manager will play an essential role in the growth and success of our company. You will manage our most important acquisition channels, constantly experimenting to optimize our channels based on thorough analysis, and work with our internal team to create and test ad creatives that will move the needle.

Pok Pok is Toronto-based but candidates can live anywhere in the world as long as they’re comfortable having most of their working hours in the Eastern Time Zone. Living in Canada is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage mobile campaigns on Meta & Google for iOS and Android
• Lead creative development of ads with help of internal team and freelancers
• Design roadmaps for experiments on ad platforms based on priority
• Conduct in-depth data analysis on ad platforms
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and user acquisition metrics
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated spend

You Have

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• 3-5 years experience scaling subscription mobile apps with paid UA on Meta & Google
• 3-5 years track record of implementing creative strategies that improve ROAS on Meta & Google
• Deep understanding of SKAN, iOS and Android mobile acquisition
• Expertise in performance marketing, including familiarity with major mobile advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads).
• Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with a track record of having helped scale a company to 8-figures ARR
• Experience running A/B tests on ad platforms

Additional skills that will be very useful on the job

• Having scaled a kids mobile app in the past and knowing how to work within COPPA
• Experience with other UA sources (DSPs, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, etc…)
